As Conexant Systems Inc. prepares to become an independent broadband communications company, it today announced several new executive appointments as it finalized its senior management structure.
Matt Rhodes, Conexant senior VP and president of the company's broadband communications
Scott Allen, VP of communications, and Michael Vishny, senior VP of human resources for the broadband communications segment, have been promoted to senior VPs of their respective functions for the continuing company.
