China Broadband Corp. (OTCBB:CBBD) announced today that it has restructured its Board of Directors.
John Brooks has stepped down, and Ian Aaron and Richard Hurwitz have moved to the Company's Advisory
Dugal is currently a vice president for a broadband wireless solution company which offers converged voice, data, and video solutions; China Broadband plans to launch these converged solutions with its Chinese partner, Jitong Network Communications Co. Ltd., early in the new year.
Dugal has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to his current position, he was vice president, Emerging Service Provider for Canada's largest telecommunication equipment manufacturer.
