Tektronix, a provider of test, measurement and monitoring solutions, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Minacom, a supplier of active probe test solutions used by telecommunications carriers, cable multi-system operators (MSOs), wireless and VoIP providers worldwide.
