T-Online uses Microsoft for French internet TV.

Jun. 12--Deutsche Telekom's internet subsidiary, T-Online, has signed a deal with Microsoft to stream internet television down rival France Telecom's phone lines. It hopes to capture 20 percent of the French market.

The German internet services provider is to spend an initial E1bn (E1.49bn, $1.83bn) to develop its market share in France and Spain, whereT-Online has similar ambitions.
