Access Communications to be second national fixed-line telecom operator in Malawi.(MALAWI)

Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) issued a license to Access Communications Limited to provide fixed-line telephone services in Malawi. Access will be the second national operator for fixed public telecommunications services.
