Hong Kong plans unified licensing system.(REGULATION)

Hong Kong has announced plans to introduce unified broadband licences for fixed-line and mobile phone operators in 2006. Announced by the Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA), the new unified system will allow operators to offer wireless broadband Internet services in Hong Kong.
