Tadiran/ECI Telecom joint marketing.

Tadiran Ltd through its Telecommunications Group and ECI Telecom Ltd have agreed to cooperate in the marketing of Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) products and systems. Telephone networks operating with the new SDH standard will transport high speed digital information at the rate of 155 and 622 Mbps (megabits per second). SDH will enable the provision and management of a variety of voice, video and data services, such as video conferencing, high speed communication of text and graphics and computer communications in a fiberoptic or traditional network environment.
