Nuvio acquires the VoIP business of Ionosphere Inc.(MERAGERS AND ACQUISITIONS)

Nuvio Corporation, a provider of VoIP PBX solutions, announced that it has completed its acquisition of the VoIP assets of Ionosphere Inc., a VoIP provider based in Greenville, South Carolina.
