Joint venture first to provide secure mobile media platform for Chinese market

Melodeo Inc., a provider of software and services that bring digital media content to mobile phones, and ACCESS China Inc., which creates standards-based software for mobile phones, have formed a joint venture to deliver music and other digital content securely over mobile networks in China and Japan.
