SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 1, 1997--Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Steven Gaynor, 40, as Associate Director in the firm's Telecommunications, Information, Media and Electronics (TIME) Practice. Based in the San Francisco office, Gaynor is responsible for

the development of client relationships and the management of large engagements. Gaynor joins Arthur D. Little from San Francisco Consulting Group (a division of KPMG Peat Marwick) where he held the position of managing director for its Telecommunications Corporate Finance Practice.

According to Michael Taylor, managing director of the Arthur D. Little TIME practice, "With Steve's extensive background in wireless and corporate development, he will take a lead role in business development efforts at the wireless divisions of key clients. In addition, his investment banking experience will help strengthen ADL's relationship with the banking community in attracting and leading asset financing projects."
