Internet telephony Manager JoinsITXC.

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 1997--ITXC Corp. announced Wednesday that Eric Weiss has joined the team of the Internet telephony startup as Business Unit Manager for Internet telephony services.

Weiss, formerly a product line manager with Dialogic Corp., will add new depth

to the world-class team the company is putting together.

While at Dialogic, Weiss held a director-level position responsible for Dialogic's next generation computer telephony DSP platforms, "DM3," which include Dialogic's highest performance Internet telephony products.

Weiss also created and served as general manager for a successful new Dialogic business unit to provide DSP hardware, software and semi-custom design services for public network enhanced services, including Internet telephony. His responsibilities at Dialogic included product marketing, technical publications, professional services and support.

Prior to Dialogic, Weiss held a management position with Bell Canada Enterprises and product marketing and business development positions with Hewlett-Packard's Telecommunications and computer systems divisions.

Weiss holds a Masters with a concentration in telecommunications policy and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
