Heron as Vice President of Engineering.
Mr. Heron has over 20 years of management experience in software design, development, methodologies, and testing. He specializes in organizational and productivity turnaround management with demonstrated success in bringing new products from initial concept to final product launch.

Prior to joining IRE, Mr. Heron was a Director of Product Development at Dialogic Corporation, where he was responsible for leading the System Software Development Team. Under his direct leadership, the team grew from 35 to 140 engineers during his first three years, and then later to more than 300 members of a worldwide technical operation. He was responsible for developing telephony-based products for the telecommunications industry and oversaw divisions responsible for client-server product development and advanced system architecture. He also established alliances with influential industry partners, including Microsoft, to synchronize new technology introduction with Internet telephony needs.
Mr. Heron holds a BSEE degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an executive MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts, and has completed advanced studies in computer science.
