LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2000

SuperVoice, the extraordinary communication software, unifies all forms of communications (i.e. phone, fax, pager, E-mail, and video-mail) into a PC.

Pacific Image Communications Inc.,

a Los Angeles-based communication software developer, releases the new version of the prominent function with PBX enhancement, called the SuperVoice Communication Server Version 2.1 with a remarkable inexpensive price starting at $249. The final beta version can be downloaded from www.supervoice.com now, and the commercial product will be available next month.

The SuperVoice Communication Server Version 2.1 software works with the Panasonic KX-TD PBX series (Model 308, 816, 1232, etc.), which allows individual users of the PBX system to receive voice messages or faxes in their SuperVoice mail box. Users may choose the option of being notified via pager of their voice mails and faxes, or having messages transferred automatically to their cellular phones.

Voice mails and faxes can also be transferred to the user's E-mail as an attachment file. Other standard features of the SuperVoice system give users additional benefits in order to facilitate total communication efficiency.

Dr. Patrick Leung, a developer of the SuperVoice products, commented on why he developed this convenient product: "I developed this software in order to fill our existing demands, particularly from small businesses that are in need of a communications solution."

Leung realized that many people were constantly feeling bombarded with daily messages, and further went on to say, "Integrating our communication processes will make everyone's lives much more simple and efficient."

His previous products include "SuperVoice Pro," which caters to individual users and has established millions of users worldwide. The SuperVoice Communication Server Version 2.1 is a high-end product among the SuperVoice series.

SuperVoice Communication Server Version 2.1 is available for an affordable price -- starting at only $249. In addition, 2-line, 4-line and 8-line systems, including a modem, are available. The system is compatible with the best-selling Panasonic PBX system, and will be compatible with other PBX systems soon.

The benefits derived from this product will pay off in the end because of the flexibility and efficiency it offers to firms of any size -- small or large. Pacific Image Communications is seeking dealers to sell and distribute the SuperVoice Communication Server Version 2.1.

Leung commented, "Existing PBX and computer system dealers will be able to offer the value-added product and service with SuperVoice Communication Servers to satisfy all of their customer needs."
