Comdial Corporation (NASDAQ: CMDL) announced today that two of its subsidiaries, Key Voice Technologies and Array Telecom, received Product of the Year awards from Communications Solutions (formerly CTI) magazine.

Key Voice won for its iNTerchange(TM) unified messaging product and Array Telecom won for its Series 3000 IP telephony gateway.
