The HiPath ProCenter Office package supports multimedia skills-based routing across a single site or over a network. It runs on the Hicom(R) 150 H IP communications system and can be networked via the HiPath AllServe 150 application, Siemens IP solution for SMEs. HiPath AllServe 150 allows up to four Hicom 150 H systems to be networked over IP and operate as a single system, providing enhanced capabilities for the small office/branch office environment while eliminating the need for separate voice and data networks.
Siemens' strategy is to address the needs of the rapidly growing SME market by offering affordable, corporate-class solutions that allow businesses to migrate to IP at their own pace. HiPath ProCenter Office and AllServe 150 are two key products supporting this strategy.
"Siemens allows businesses to install IP today affordably and reliably with the features they've come to expect from the circuit-switched world," said Mark Straton, Vice President Global Marketing, Siemens Enterprise Networks. "With the HiPath AllServe 150 package, featuring HiPath ProCenter Office, we target the needs of small and medium enterprises, one of the fastest-growing segments of the contact center market," he added.
HiPath ProCenter Office will be demonstrated at Siemens' ICCM booth, No. 809.
