GMA Communication Ltd Adds NSC's Speech Recognition To Their IVR Platform.

GMA Communication Ltd. adds NSC's Speech Recognition engine to their Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform.

GMA specializes in the design and manufacture of complete Unified Messaging Systems

and IVR/CTI solutions. NSC's technology will add Speech Recognition capabilities to GMA's IVR and Prime Voice(TM) Unified Messaging Systems, allowing GMA's customers to use a speech interface for their Telephony applications, including speech-driven IVR and speech-driven information gathering for Call Center services. The speech interface replaces human attendants for simple tasks and still provides human-like service for customers.
