Pro Tech Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: PCTU) has formed a Telecommunications Group dedicated to executing the Company's new call center integration strategy.
The Pro Tech Telecommunications Group, headed by Richard "Ted" Norman, will provide customized integration of products and services for small to medium-sized call centers of up to 75 seats in size. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Norman is a veteran conference speaker and technical writer for telecom magazines. He has also established one of the first international telecommunications technical training schools in the country and has owned and operated several successful Interconnect companies where he gained 3 Com NBX technical certification.

The Pro Tech Telecommunications Group will primarily provide cost analysis, design, and implementation of the hardware and software necessary to install or upgrade a small to mid-size call center. Additional services will include staffing and management consulting.
