Prosodie Interactive, a leading provider of hosted and managed interactive voice response, speech recognition, unified communications, virtual call center, and telephone-based and internet-based services, and ISx, a market leading technology provider of "Directory Assistance" software solutions, today announced they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to form an alliance to jointly develop and market new software applications and services.

While the exact terms of the MOU remain confidential, Prosodie Interactive and ISx will work exclusively with each other to develop revolutionary, cost-saving market applications and services. Each party will contribute funding, manpower and technology resources to the relationship.
