Under the agreement, IVCi will provide its customers with STARBAK's Torrent 100 Streaming Media Appliance -- a high-performance video on demand server for multi-format streaming over IP networks and STARBAK's Torrent CE Conferencing Engine -- the world's first and only H.323 videoconference to streaming media gateway.
