Versaly to Launch Fear Factor(TM) BREW(TM)-Based Application

that Includes Wallpapers and Ringtones Featuring Content

from NBC's Hit Show

Versaly Entertainment, a wireless new media company focused on creating, publishing and distributing broad-based entertainment to mobile phones, today announced the availability of a Fear Factor wallpaper and ringtone application developed for QUALCOMM's Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless(TM) (BREW(TM)) platform.

The application is powered by Versaly's ForFones mobile entertainment platform.

The Fear Factor application allows users to personalize their phones by downloading the theme song, audio clips and images from actual episodes for use as wallpapers and ringtones. New images are available on a weekly basis following the show's airing on NBC to keep the application fresh. The easy-to-use menu system lists hundreds of sounds and images grouped by Logos, Action Stunts, Creepy Crawlers and the show's signature "Delicacy" segments. The Fear Factor licensing agreement was negotiated by Joy Tashjian, JTMG, LLC, the agency of record for NBC Enterprises.

"Fear Factor is one of the top rated reality shows on television," said Michael Kurtzman, VP sales and marketing for Versaly. "The Fear Factor application developed for the BREW platform gives cell phone users the ability to capture the adrenaline rush of the show on their mobile phones."

"Versaly is bringing top brands and exciting content to operators offering BREW-based products and services around the world," said Gina Lombardi, senior vice president of marketing and product management, QUALCOMM Internet Services. "It's great to have companies like Versaly take advantage of the BREW platform's multimedia capabilities to deliver a wide array of entertainment-based options to wireless subscribers with BREW-enabled handsets."

QUALCOMM's BREW system provides products and services that connect the mobile marketplace value chain, which includes application developers, publishers, content providers, device manufacturers, operators and consumers.

Publishers and developers worldwide are generating revenue from BREW-based applications and content, and 18 manufacturers have offered more than 90 BREW-enabled device models to consumers. BREW is successfully enabling the commercial wireless data services of many very successful operators, including Verizon Wireless, ALLTEL, Midwest Wireless and U.S. Cellular in the United States, China Unicom, KDDI in Japan, KTF in South Korea, Telstra in Australia, VIVO in Brazil and BellSouth International in Colombia.
