MCA Expands Investor Relations Operations With Hiringof IR Manager.

Commenting on the expansion, MCA President Jean LeMoin noted the new position, based in its Mountain View headquarters, enhances existing operations led by Director of Investor Relations Bill Monigle, headquartered outside of Boston, Mass. Brennan will focus on providing strategic IR counsel, while implementing analyst relations programs and coordinating investor events. Prior to joining MCA, Brennan was the director of fund operations for Fisher Investments, a leading institutional and high-net-worth money manager, and vice president of Purisima Securities LLC. Earlier in his career, Brennan was with the Franklin Templeton Group, one of the world's largest mutual fund companies. His investment industry experience covers a wide breadth, including: public relations, marketing, compliance, sales and operations. He has written a number of articles that have appeared in a variety of national publications from BuySide and Research to Millionaire Magazine.

As the director of fund operations for Fisher Investments, Brennan doubled the asset size of Fisher Investments' mutual funds. His marketing and public relations efforts over a two-year period aided an increase in total firm assets under management from $2 billion to $4.5 billion. Brennan holds a bachelor's degree in political economy of industrial societies from the University of California, Berkeley.
