Recent research into purchasing trends in the packaging industry has led Signet to introduce an innovative customer rewards program.
SIGNET'S research investigated customer behaviours and loyalty when sourcing packaging and safety consumables.
The results revealed that while buying decisions were driven largely by availability, customers continued to deal with a variety of suppliers, even if those criteria were convincingly met by a single supplier.
