Rhode Island Economic Development Firm Looks for Lift with Marketing Campaign.

Apr. 6--PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The skies are blue in Rhode Island, and filled with endless business opportunities.

At least that's what the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation wants business people inside and outside the state to believe.

Blue Sky Rhode Island is the name of the $100,000 marketing campaign the EDC rolled out yesterday, an effort targeted at keeping businesses in Rhode Island, attracting new ones and adding jobs.
