Roxio, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Adaptec, Inc., is the exclusive sponsor of the Interactive Music Xpo's (IMX) benefit concert in Los Angeles featuring the rock band Tonic. The concert benefits the National Academy of Recording Arts & Science's MusicCares(R) Foundation and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation.
