Headlined by 18-year-old Maverick Records singer-songwriter Michelle Branch, this first nationally sponsored female-led college concert series will kick off its 10-date tour at the University of Minnesota on February 14, 2002.
Lotus' energetic 4-week concert series is also the first major college tour for the talented Michelle Branch. The Arizona native singer-songwriter catapulted to music stardom with her recent hit single "Everywhere," which topped Billboard charts and literally has been heard everywhere around the world. Branch's new single "All You Wanted," from her debut album The Spirit Room (recently certified gold with sales of 500,000), is already moving up the charts in only its first few weeks at radio.
