The New York Times to Be a Sponsor of the 2005 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge.

NEW YORK -- The New York Times announced today that it will be one of the co-sponsors for the 2005 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge(R), a 3.5 mile road race now held in cities throughout New York State, the U.S. and the world. The event is the largest corporate fitness series in the world with

more than 220,000 participants expected worldwide.

The JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge has two events in Central Park - on June 22 and 23 - and also features races in Rochester (June 2), Buffalo (June 9), Long Island Jones Beach (July 26) and Syracuse (August 2). In total, the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Series visits 15 cities in six countries on five continents.
