for the week of June 21-27, 1999. It was the first half-million-dollar week since the company launched its infomercial business in February, reflecting extraordinary growth in just four months.

The products involved were "Turn Trash into Trea$ure," an educational program that describes methods consumers can use to sell household and collectible items to dealers for hundreds or thousands of dollars more than their original value; "Sobakawa Magnetic Insoles," shoe insoles that help relieve pain and increase comfort through magnetic therapy; "Pest Offense," a pest repellent system that drives small rodents away through a non-lethal electronic force field; and "The Light and Easy Steaming System," a unique steam iron that makes it possible to press and steam clothes of all fabrics while they are hanging.
