CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1999--Reliant Interactive Media Corp. (OTC BB:RIMC) announced today that it has reached a marketing agreement with Human Pheromone Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:EROXC). Human Pheromone Sciences is a technology-based company, whose initial products include prestige-priced

fragrances, toiletries and environmental products sold under the REALM(r), inner REALM(r) and EROX(r) trademarks. These are the only products that contain synthesized human pheromones covered under U.S. and foreign patents. Scientific and consumer studies have shown that these human pheromones, included as a component in fragrance products, positively impact on the moods, attitudes and emotions of wearers by stimulating the Vomeronasal Organ.

Reliant has secured from Human Pheromone Sciences multi-continent infomercial television marketing rights for REALM Women and REALM Men fragrances.

Reliant will market REALM Women and REALM Men fragrances in several European, Asian and Latin American countries. The vision for the Company is to leverage its infomercial programming to develop a worldwide e-commerce presence. In a standard infomercial program running 28 minutes and 30 seconds, Reliant will use a 1 minute and 30 second stand-alone segment at the end to promote a web address where product can be purchased. Using this format, Reliant will use its significant TV exposure to drive consumers to the website in order to generate additional product sales.

REALM fragrances and toiletries are now available in more than 1,300 stores in the 48 contiguous states and the combined total net sales for 1997 and 1998 of the REALM line of products exceeded $37 million. We believe the timing is now right to replicate the success of these products outside the U.S. using an infomercial marketing campaign. The ability of the 1993 infomercial to initiate U.S. retail distribution gives us confidence in our plan to open up retail distribution outside the U.S. using an infomercial format, starting with Japan, Italy and Argentina."
