ARLINGTON, Va. -- The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA[R]) released the 2008 edition of Five Technology Trends to Watch. Produced by CEA's market research analysts, Five Technology Trends to Watch reviews the business of consumer technologies, software, retailing, expanding GPS services,
