The Supreme Court of Georgia has reversed a ruling by the city of Jasper, GA, which suspended for one month the liquor license of the Blue Rodeo Cafe for "twice violating the city's ordinance on restrictions of alcohol advertisements." The license suspension and one-year probationary period imposed by the city came about after the municipality objected to Blue Rodeo's use of words such as Champagne and Budweiser in local newspaper advertisements.
