Mach One Corp. Announces a $15 Million DollarLaserVend Software Center Franchise for California.

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 16, 1997--Mach One Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board Symbol, MACH) announced today it has signed an exclusive agreement for 1000 LaserVend Software & Internet Centers (Kiosk) for California.

The agreement is for a period of five years with a minimum of an additional

2000 Software & Internet Centers (Kiosk) for the term of the exclusivity.

It is anticipated that shipments of the new Software Centers (Kiosk) will start in the fourth quarter. The total roll out of the machines will take from five to six months to complete. Gross revenues for this transaction will exceed $15 million.

Locations have been identified with some of the major shopping malls for initial installations. As the installations are completed an advertising campaign will be launched around each location and via some Television Commercials.

The LaserVend Software & Internet Centers will change the way the world buys software through the ease and convenience of a vending machine. The kiosk will allow the user to try the software before they decide to buy and in addition, the kiosk will teach you how to use the Internet.
