Healthy-living network Lime (formerly Wisdom TV) has tapped C.J. Kettler at CEO. She was most recently operating executive and managing director at private-equity firm Soleara Capital.

Also, Robert Harris was named chief financial and administrative officer. He was VP, finance and administration at About.com.

Lee deBoer was named Lime’s chairman of the board. He is a former Home Box Office executive.

And Noreen O’Loughlin was named general manager of Lime. She was executive VP and GM of AMC.

Mediacom Communications Corp. has elevated Jon Koebrick to vice president, government relations, North Central division from senior director, government relations.

Also, Tia Murphy was upped to vice president, sales and marketing, North Central division, from senior director.

James Jesperson was named senior director, customer service for Mediacom’s North Central division. And Denise Farley was tapped as senior director, operations, North Central division.

NBC has elevated Greg Downey to vice president, network and branded entertainment business affairs, NBC Entertainment, with responsibility for the NBC Universal Cable-branded entertainment properties. He was director, business affairs.

Jim Keller was elevated to vice president, technical operations at The NBC Agency. He was senior director.
