Nov. 4--It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in a few Montgomery stores.
And for good reason.
With the recession lingering and consumer confidence at a nine-year low, retailers nationwide are going to great lengths to ensure the all-important holiday shopping season is not a bust.
Take Montgomery Mall, where a handful of stores have already started gearing up for the season. At JC Penney, the Christmas trees and poinsettias are up. At Parisian, it's white lights, trees and wreaths. American Eagle Outfitters
