MICHAEL GREECE: The Web site really has become truly the window to growth and opportunity for small businesses, because what it does, the website can level the playing field. No one knows when they contact your business through your website how big or how smart or anything about you, compared to much larger firms. So there's a lot of opportunity to, for Davids to play with Goliaths through their Web site. The other thing I would say is, it's as important, when you design your Web site and your messaging, to think about what people are looking for, and not who you think you want to be, or the messaging that you think you are. And so it's really important to consider search engine marketing and searching for keywords in the realm that you play in when you design your outgoing messaging on your Web site, because who you think you are may not match up to what the market needs are, unless you study what people are looking for it doesn't make any sense to create your identity based on your own ego or based on your own vision of what you're selling.
