I am writing this email to SBA to express my true appreciation for the April 6th Telemarketing class lead by Tony Wilkins. I had been stuck with how to start my phone calls, for my event planning company; and Tony was able to get me to break through that barrier, and get me on a productive path. Since this class I have made some very significant steps.
Tony has a way of generating creative thinking that absolutely lets you flow to the next level. Tony taught us steps from picking up the phone; walked us through various dialogues, to getting a meeting (which has worked for me with Garter Dataquest -- thanks!!) He has a way of individualizing the telemarketing business that "just fits" for the different business types. Tony's teaching wasn't limited to phone calls; he also provided critical information for lead lists, to which I am thankful.
