London—Supermodel Kate Moss last week was dropped from ad campaigns by three brands following media reports she has used cocaine. Hennes & Mauritz canceled plans to use Moss in launching the "Stella McCartney for H&M" collection. The Swedish-based retailer has 400 stores in 22 countries. Clothier Burberry has canceled an autumn campaign that featured Moss while Chanel said it will not renew a contract expiring at the end of October that had Moss representing Coco Mademoiselle perfume. Christian Dior, Gloria Vanderbilt and H. Stern did not indicate whether they would continue to use Moss in ad campaigns; Rimmel cosmetics, which has used the model for five years, said it was mulling the issue.
