New York—Unilever's Dove "Real Beauty" campaign, via Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago, won the Grand Effie last week at the 38th annual Effie Awards show. The integrated effort (TV, print, Web, outdoor, pr) featured images of full-bodied women rather than typically thin models. Other Grand Effie finalists: DDB New York's "Bathroom Moments" for Georgia-Pacific's Angel Soft; Leo Burnett Detroit's "Apprentice" for the Pontiac Solstice launch; BBDO Atlanta and New York's "Raising the Bar" for Cingular Wireless; Fallon Minneapolis' "Showerhead" ads for Holiday Inn Express; and Cramer-Krasselt Chicago's "Working With Monkeys" for CareerBuilder.com. Judges this year awarded 112 gold, silver and bronze Effies in more than 50 categories. Agency Leo Burnett won the most Effies (16) and the most golds (six).
