Red Cross First Aid Day's Eery Ad

I don't think I have to go into much detail here. Suffice it to say that I think this is one eery, scary and provocative ad by the Canadian Red Cross. The decal is placed at the bottom of the stairs in a Cineplex Theatre in Toronto. The campaign was created and run by Downtown Partners. (via Caffeine Marketing)
