Omnicom's BBDO is eliminating 100 positions at its Detroit office in a cost-cutting move related to a slowdown in the automotive industry, a rep confirmed last week. The office handles the $1.2 billion Chrysler Group account. The jobs will be cut from all departments and represent about 5 percent of
