Dear Karen --

Sorry I couldn't get to you with this last week, but hopefully you can still use this information. Last week, I spoke to Holly Hoffer regarding a question for Ground Support Magazine. One of my favorite articles in the magazine was written some time ago by Mr. Ralph Kramer. This article addressed the nostalgic nature of ground support equipment at the beginning of the jetliner age. With this in mind, the questions that I will forward to you in the future will all be along these lines.
