Alliott Group North America admitted two new members firms: Pry Professional Group of Findlay, Ohio (FY04 net revenue: $2 million; three partners, 21 total staff), and Sloan Group of Thornhill, Ontario, Canada (FY04 net revenue: $2 million, five partners, 21 total staff).

BKR International admitted

Clements Dunne & Bell of Melbourne, Australia. The firm has six partners and 17 staff.

CPAmerica International admitted Wallace, PIese + Dreher of Tempe, Ariz. The firm has four partners and 21 total staff. The following were elected to CPAmerica's 2006 board of directors: Stephen Tatone of Aldrich Kilbride & Tatone in Salem, Ore., chair; David Graling of Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman in Bethesda, Md., vice chair; R. Jeffreys Henry International elected a new board for 2006. Among those elected were Ron Nash of New York's Marks Paneth & Shron, chair of the international executive committee; Stuart Meyers of Dorfman Abrams Music in Fair Lawn, N.J., incoming chair; and Jacob Leon of Houston-based Leon & Partners, Americas chair.

The Leading Edge Alliance appointed two new members of its board of directors: Carl Barranco, president of Wilson, Price, Barranco, Blankenship & Billingsley in Montgomery, Ala., and Frans Tijssen, managing partner of the Vernay office at BoI International in The Netherlands.

Russell Bedford International admitted Kross Border Trust Services of Mauritius as a correspondent firm. Until 2003, the firm was affiliated with KPMG.
