Mr. Carl stated, "Greenwave Radio represents an audience of people that are no longer happy with the environmental status quo and want to help make change. Canfibre is actively changing the status quo by proving that equal or superior quality commodity materials can be made at equal or cheaper cost by using sustainable raw materials. This interview compliments both of our efforts."

Green wave radio seeks to communicate how the positive efforts of both individuals and companies are helping our communities and the environment to coexist. Green wave radio says they will accomplish this through the following methods: highlighting individuals like you and me and what they're doing regionally and nationally to better the environment; highlighting both large and small corporations that have positively taken the environment into consideration and, in many cases, even made a profit by doing so, highlighting positive current events, current legislation and the positive stance of players who influence it. In some cases we will raise the debate on a major issue; highlighting the environmentally counteractive actions of both regional and national companies, individuals and legislation that are in opposition to all the good news Green Wave Radio makes a point to communicate. By developing an ongoing dialogue with public in the above manner Green Wave Radio intends to: spark the imagination for things the community can do that are positive; instill hope in what the big players can and are doing; inform the community about current events and happenings; give citizens a chance to participate through providing information they can follow up on.
