Currently, the Civil Works Group manages multiple projects at the Bayview Treatment Plant in Toledo, Ohio, the New Baltimore Treatment Plant, the Dundee Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Frenchtown Treatment Plant.
Chuck Binkowski is a licensed builder and respected as an industry concrete expert. Binkowski has been with Barton Malow for 25 years, most recently as the general superintendent of the Concrete Division. As general manager, Binkowski is now responsible for day-to-day operations of Barton Malow's self-performing concrete work. The concrete operation is part of the firm's Specialty Contracting Group (formerly Trade Labor) operating from the Oak Park office.
