Action figures from 'Morphin Power Rangers,' a children's television program produced by Saban Entertainment, are among the best selling toys for the 1993 Christmas season. Bandai Co, the toy licensee, sold most of the one million Power Ranger action figures produced for 4th qtr 1993 and has a backlog of up to 3 million orders from retailers. Saban is said to be getting an 8% royalty from most of its licensees and, because the production company has an in-house licensing division, the revenue is not shared with a licensing agent.
