Overhead or inverted power-and-free conveyor system can convey a range of products from light sheet metal to 20,000 lb castings. By using single or

multiple trolleys, combined with different combinations of chain and track, virtually any size, shape or weight of product can be conveyed. It can conform to various line speeds and elevation changes, while accommodating stop and/or accumulation points at work stations or storage areas.

Materials Handling Carousel

This multi-compartment, space-saving carousel receives metal parts automatically after deburring and cleaning operations. Conveyor Cleaner

The Digilube DL-60 motorized power brush unit is a programmable cleaner that removes dirt, rust, paint and scale from chains and trolleys without slowing production. Its custom-engineered, crimped steel brushes are configured to the individual conveyor, and brush tension automatically adjusts for most efficient action. The unit has two standard reversing motors, each one-third hp, 120v and 60 cycles. Its heavy-duty bearings are self-aligning, shielded and sealed for maximum service life. Tow Line Conveyor

In-floor and on-floor mounted tow-conveyor system uses cart transfer units to route products to designated areas of the plant. The tow pin on any cart can disengage and pause at pre-set work stations. The next approaching cart causes the delayed cart to re-engage the chain and continue, allowing the next cart to enter the work station. Carts can be dealt into work stations upon request, processed upon a variable time Frame, then randomly dealt back into the system for additional operations. Carts and products may be placed onto the system at one location, processed, then "dropped off" at another location.

Conveyor Paint Bake Oven

Custom designed recirculating convection type paint bake ovens are gas, steam, oil or electrically heated, The oven floor is covered by a tapered air-filled plenum chamber with aerodynamically designed emission nozzles to guarantee uniform distribution of air at exactly the same temperature throughout the entire oven area. Recirculation at high velocity provides the maximum heat transfer rate. Gas controls are equipped with hydraulic safety shut-off valves and automatic ignition cycle. Through metal is minimized to eliminate hot spots and wall radiation losses. Where a gas fired power washer is used in the finishing line, the waste heat is automatically used in the bake or water dry oven.

Industrial Coating System

The SlideRail Square Transfer[TM] (SST) system is used for electrocoating, powder coating, heat processing and cleaning/ pretreatment operations. Parts are indexed along a pair of low maintenance slide rails. Racks of product suspended from load bars are lowered into and raised out of all tanks simultaneously before moving to the next stages in unison. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) hardware monitors such data as tank levels and oven temperatures to ensure that all operating parameters remain within specifications.
