EQUIPMENT

Portable DS301 Countertop Hand Polisher

Rugged, hand-operated 12-in. platform that grinds, hones and polishes concrete surfaces. It uses three 5-in. diamond polishing pads and diamond grinding discs. It operates wet or dry (with use of optional cowl) and uses a 12-in. platform. Turns at a lower rate than the higher rotational speed (<2000 rpm) of the 5-in. platens.

Portable DS301HD Countertop Hand Polisher

This extra heavy duty version of the DS301 is a rugged, hand-operated 12-in. platform that grinds, hones, and polishes concrete surfaces. It uses three, 5-in. diamond polishing pads or cup wheels.

DS302 Single Head Walk Behind Polisher

Rugged, 2-hp, walk-behind floor version of the DS 301 with a 12-in. platform that grinds, hones and polishes concrete surfaces. It uses three 5-in. diamond polishing pads or cup wheels.

DS605 Dual Head Walk Behind Polisher

An ultra powerful 5-hp, twin-head walk-behind grinder and polisher that is 50 lbs. heavier than the DS 602. It puts six rotating floating heads on the surface backed by 220V single-phase power.

GRINDING DISCS AND PADS

Diamond Grinding Discs

Grinding discs efficiently grind all types of concrete, masonry, brick, block and stone. Use medium grit discs for basic grinding and removal and fine grit discs for a smoother finish. Larger grit diamonds (25/30 & 40/50) can be used for faster initial grind and quicker aggregate exposure as needed.

Wet Resin Polishing Pads

Hard wet resin polishing pads combine the benefits of resin and its ultra smooth finish with the longevity of diamonds. Wet resin discs last up to four times longer than dry discs when used correctly with water. Three-inch are available in 50 through 3000 grits and 5-in. are available in 50 through 400 grits.

Dry Resin Polishing Pads

Dry resin polishing pads can produce a mirror finish quickly and easily. Available in 800, 1500 and 3000 grits.
