Woods Equipment Co.

Woods Equipment Company, of Oregon, IL, has acquired Baert's Metal Products, of Sandy, Oregon, which manufactures the BMP brand of heavy-duty construction attachments, including excavator and wheel loader buckets, excavator bucket clamps, quick couplers, hydraulic vibratory compactors and compaction wheels. Woods says Baert's products complement the existing Woods line of industrial attachments which are marketed to the construction industry under the Gannon brand name.
