Reed to assume the additional positions of both president and chief executive officer of Electro Energy Inc. This request follows Klein's recent
On May 30, Reed accepted the offer and simultaneously resigned from his position as chief executive officer of EEI Technologies, a subsidiary of Electro Energy. He will remain an employee of the company and chairman of the board.
"Electro Energy is entering a new stage of growth, preparing to take its bi-polar battery technologies to commercial markets. In the past year, Reed has been instrumental in developing the practical vision for future development, and I am very pleased to turn the executive reins over to him at this time," says Klein.
