UNOVA Inc has acquired machine tool manufacturer Cincinnati Milacron in a $178 million agreement that is anticipated to add $500 million in revenues to UNOVA. The acquisition will include the purchase of Cincinnati Milacron's machine tool operations, including the company's general headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati, OH. Cincinnati Milacron, which employs 2400 persons worldwide, will later be renamed as Cincinnati Machine.
