PRIME Service, Inc. Announces Acquisition ofMike's Rental Machinery, Inc.

PRIME Service, Inc. (PRIME) a member of the Atlas Copco Group, has purchased for an undisclosed amount, substantially all of the assets of Mike's Rental and Machinery, Inc., (Mike's) a privately held company, with locations

in Ellensberg and Moses Lake Washington. The Mike's acquisition increases PRIME's locations to 195 in 23 states, plus Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Pete Post, President and COO of PRIME, stated "This acquisition expands PRIME's presence in the Washington market and allows us to service more customers. Mike's is also a very well respected company within the community and we are proud to bring them into the Atlas Copco's PRIME family."

PRIME rents and sells hundreds of types of equipment, tools and supplies such as aerial work platforms, air compressors, earthmoving equipment, power tools and various contractor supplies. PRIME customers range from Fortune 500 companies to subcontractors and homeowners.
